Do you have a showroom?
- Yes we have a demo booth that currently holds close to 100 working lights. The advantage of a demo booth is you can visually see how much light a fixture gives off as well as compare fixtures. Visit our contact page to find our location.

Why don't you have pricing online?
- We can offer a better price on a lighting package as apposed to a single fixture. The best option is to go to our Product Inquiries page and fill in the form and a sales representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Do you have competitive pricing?
- We purchase directly from the manufacturers and are an authorized distributor for all the products we sell.
- We are part of a buying group in Canada allowing us to benefit from bulk pricing.
- You have the benefit of dealing with an established business (25 years) with a reputation for outstanding service.
- If you find a lower price let us know and we will match it factoring in currency and shipping.

What is your shipping policy?
- Items in stock will be shipped right away once payment is established.
- Items not in stock generally take 2 - 3 weeks and sometimes longer if the manufacturer is out of stock.
- We prepay shipping on $1000 or higher on orders in the province of BC. Outside of that we will quote a price. Keep in mind we ship regularly and are able to access great rates.

How do you handle returns?
- You have 45 days to return any unused, clean and resalable item(s). Please contact us first so we can supply you with a returned goods authorization.
- All non stocking items are non returnable.
- All packaging must be returned with the item(s).
- Your refund will be received once we have received the item(s).
- Shipping is not included with returns.

How do you handle warranty?
- All warranty periods begin on date of purchase.
- All warranty will be done on a replacement of defective product for new product basis. All product Will be replaced with the same or equal equipment.
- All warranty product is subject to testing, if found to be in working order, it will be returned to the customer.
- Wes-Tech Irrigation Supply Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused by any product deemed warranty
- It is Wes-Tech Irrigation Supply Ltd option to repair or replace all warranty products.
- Shipping will be refunded if item(s) is deemed warranty.
